Three Lentil Flax Cookies

A scrumptious cinnamon-raisin cookie made with the goodness of whole wheat flour, oats, flax, and lentils. A source of fiber and complex-carbohydrates, these cookies are tasty without being over-sweet. They are even great straight out of the freezer. Kids and grown-ups alike will be asking for more!

 ¼ cup Water
 1 Egg
 ½ cup Brown sugar
 1 tsp Vanilla
 1 ¼ cups 100% whole wheat flour
  cup Willow Creek Organic Quick Rolled Oats
 1 ½ tsp Baking soda
 ½ cup Golden raisins

Preheat oven to 350°.

In a small bowl, add water Three Lentil Mix, egg, flax oil, brown sugar and vanilla.

In seperate bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients.

Stir dry ingredients into wet.

Make into approximately 12 cookies.

Bake for 10-12 minutes
