The Willow Creek 3 Lentil Mix Soup gives you a quick cooking alternative to longer cooking Lentil Soups with all the nutrition included without the preservatives or precooking. It’s as close to off the field as you can get. A blend of Organic Beluga Black, Green and Red Lentils blended with Organic Spelt flour. Great for the protein and fiber conscious food lover on the go who is looking for a nutritious and tasty soup.

 

*6 cups chicken, beef or vegetable stock

1 cup Willow Creek Organic Three Lentil Mix

 

*Cooking times can vary based on the batch size. 

 

Two recipe ingredients. That simple for a fantastic tasting soup.

Combine both ingredients cook between 5 to 10 minutes and serve.

If you don’t have stock, can use 1 to 2 lbs. actual chicken or beef and adding water in same volume with cut up celery, carrots, onions with salt and pepper.
