Black Bean and Lentil Salsa

Loaded with flavor and packed with nutrition, this salsa will become your new favorite snack and condiment. This recipe provides a high source of cholesterol-lowering fiber, along with a multitude of vitamins and minerals like vitamin C, folate, magnesium, potassium and iron, plus it is low in sodium.  1 cup Tomato, seeded, diced, and well drained
 1 tbsp Tomato paste
 3 tbsp Red onion, diced
 2 Cloves garlic, minced
 3 tbsp Corn kernels
 2 tbsp Green bell pepper, diced
 2 tbsp Red bell pepper, diced
 2 tsp Red wine vinegar
 1 ½ tsp Fresh lime juice

Precook beans and lentils prior to starting recipe.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and marinate in fridge for at least one hour stirring twice.
